Bill Cox – Managing Director

Key Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates activities of business for optimum customer service and efficiencies. Bill has over 25 years experience in the industry and has been a Director of Air-Care since its inception in 1987 (then Air-Rite Gold Coast). Bill has a through knowledge of the industry , with his pride and passion being service excellence. Bill's passion outside of work is the breeding and cutting of horses together with spending time with his family.

Michelle Jackson – Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Control and co-ordinate staff administering company policies and procedures to support sales, service and installation activities. Michelle started with Air-Care 8 years ago as the service co-ordinator and has a very detailed understanding of all aspects of the business, she is always ready to resolve any issues that may arise and satisfy the customer. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys the beach and water sports.


Kevin Durbin – Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Kevin is responsible for the design and estimation
of systems and the introduction of product and services to existing and
new customers. Kevin has been in the refrigeration and air-conditioning
industry for 25 years and has broad knowledge of control systems and
electrical requirements. He joined Air Care at the beginning of 2010
after being one of our installation and electrical sub contractors  for
the previous 11 years.

Louise Webster – Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Louise started as the receptionist for Air Care approximately 6 years ago, and in that time has shown herself to be an integral part of the team. She now manages all of the service calls and maintenance requests for our large database. She has a sound knowledge of the company processes and most suppliers and is eager to accommodate customer requirements.

Donna Chadwick – Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities: Donna is the sole accounts person in our office and handles all accounting matters and payroll of the business. She has worked in bookkeeping industry for over 15 years. She is a keen netball player who enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica Spencer – Reception / Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: After working in administration and property management for over 5 years, Jessica began working for Air Care in early 2010 and is currently developing her knowledge in the air-conditioning industry. By working with the sales department she is gaining experience not only with air-conditioning units and suppliers but also customer needs and requirements. She is more than happy to assist in any customer enquiries.
